323 Moonshine has been newly renovated and newly furnished to a high standard, with modern handleless kitchen units, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The island has a hob and 2 barstools for casual dining.

There is also an integrated dishwasher . There are communal washer dryers for everyone to use free

The open plan living area has  a sofa bed ( Queen size), and a  dining area leading  out to a covered Balcony overlooking the golf course, where one can often see Monkeys playing on the trees and lawn!

The King bed has 2 twin mattresses which can be made up as 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.

There is a large front balcony overlooking the pool and garden, outfitted with a 3 piece living room suite  and a second dining table for al fresco dining!

We can rent Short or Long Term.

October 2023 to 6th Dec USD$150 per night

7th Dec to 7th April 2024 USD$225.00 per night

8th April to Dec 5th 2024 USD$1100.00 per week

Plus 10% tax on Holiday Rentals.

Electricity is capped at USD75.00 per week and anything over has to be paid on departure.

We require USD200.00 security deposit.

SInce there is a sofa bed we can allow 2 extra people at a coast of USD20.00 per night extra.
